1. Acceptance

By creating a GugsBot account or using our platform, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Risk Disclaimer. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Service description

GugsBot provides AI-assisted BTC/USDT Call/Put binary options copy-trading signals. New accounts require a valid referral code from an existing active member. Users may copy signals into their Trading Section within published time windows.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to use financial trading services in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for compliance with local laws.

4. Account security

You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials. GugsBot staff will never ask for your password or private keys. Report suspicious contact immediately via our security help page.

5. Trading rules

• Only BTC/USDT pairs are supported.
• Copy trades use a 2% stake of your Trading Balance (compounded).
• Each signal has a 15-minute copy window after publication.
• Past performance does not guarantee future results.

6. Fees & subscriptions

Subscription plans and platform fees are disclosed before purchase. We may update pricing with reasonable notice where required by law.

7. Limitation of liability

GugsBot is provided "as is." We are not liable for trading losses, downtime, or third-party wallet issues beyond limits permitted by applicable law.
